We had the opportunity to work with Chavdar Todorov, and his lovely staff, to make a short documentary about his popup restaurant, SlowBurn, which operates out of the unique environment of Blackhorse Lane Atelier's denim factory in Walthamstow, London.

SlowBurn combine a variety of cuisines and concepts that reflect Chavdar’s cosmopolitan and philosophical approach towards food and life.
